Patient eligibility

1. Patient age <75 years

2. No renal failure, severe renal impairment, or end stage renal disease that requires dialysis

The package includes:

1. Operating room charges, post-surgery cardiac care unit 2-3 nights, cardiac ward 5 nights (include nurse fees, meals, and room services) – 8 nights in total starting from the day of surgery

2. Doctor fees – cardiac surgeon, cardiac anesthesiologist, physical medicine and rehabilitation specialist

3. Blood product booking fee

4. Laboratory tests and x-ray

The package excludes:

1. Pre-operating investigations – laboratory investigations, cardiac catheterization

2. Room rate during pre-operative admission and nurse fee, room rate and nurse fees after 8 nights post-surgery

3. Home medications

4. Special equipment (if needed) e.g. rehabilitation equipment, aortic balloon pump

5. Miscellaneous expenses e.g. room service food and drinks, telephone bills

6. Post-operative complication management

7. Fee for follow-up appointment
